Ellacor Micro-Coring Scarless Skin Removal

En Bloc Breast Implant Removal
Dr. Daniel Krochmal demonstrates removal of a breast implant for capsular contracture. When possible, Dr. Krochmal tries to remove the implant and capsule “en bloc”, or as a single unit. He carefully frees the capsule in such a way that as much of the breast tissue is preserved as possible. This technique can also be used for patients with symptoms attributed to the breast implants, also known as Breast Implant Illness.
Lateral Brow Lift
Dr. Daniel Krochmal demonstrates a powerful technique to shape the central and lateral eyebrow, the modified Fogli lateral brow lift. The incision is within the hairline and is very well hidden. This procedure was combined with an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess skin, as well as fat grafting to restore volume and a more youthful appearance.
Calf Implant Removal
Dr. Daniel Krochmal demonstrates removal of a calf implant under local anesthesia. This gentleman underwent a calf augmentation 3 years ago with Dr. Krochmal, and although he loved the look of his calves, he simply desired them removed due to a change in life stage. His incision (the previous scar was excised as part of the procedure) should heal beautifully, right in the crease behind the knee.
Faster Recovery with ALASTIN INhance
Dr. Daniel Krochmal discusses his use of ALASTIN Skincare INhance Post-Injection Serum with TriHex Technology, which he believes resolves bruising and swelling faster and promotes the growth of collagen and elastin.
FDRS 2019 Large Volume Liposuction
This is the talk Dr. Krochmal gave at the 2019 Fat Disorders Resource Society Conference in Baltimore. He talks about his approach to large volume liposuction, the protocols he has in place to perform the procedure safely, and shows some cool intraoperative videos of the technique (at least, he thinks they’re cool!). He has now branded the technique as “WipoLipo”, short for “wipe-out liposuction”.
